According to TMZ, Justin Bieber wants to buy himself a $14 million birthday gift! Justin has been reportedly shopping for two new mansions in the L.A. area - one for himself and on for his mom. A source said that Justin has been house hunting for a while, but has narrowed his choices down to 3 places, with $6 million, $8 million, and $10 million price tags.

Justin then called into TMZ to set the record straight. Justin admitted that he is looking for a new house, but wouldn't confirm his budget or that he is buying his mom a house.
