Butterworth - A father seemed cruel to force her two children who were aged two and six years. They left at his home in a few hours and in chains in the bathroom.
According to his father, they were chained at his home, located at Jalan Raja Uda, Penang, Malaysia, for misbehaving. They also chained with no food provided for four hours. The second boy was rescued by police.
According to police, a neighbor who lived next door to them to hear the cries of the boys for several days. He was immediately summoned local police officers.
"Police immediately broke into the house through the front door and rescue the little boys," said Malaysian police, as quoted by The Star, Friday (30/12/2011).
One of his six-year-old boy who said he was scared and hungry, so did his brother. They were immediately shouted for his father. The boy was also not able to answer some questions asked by the police.
"According to the results of the investigation, the boys were chained before his father worked approximately at 15.00 local time," police said.
According to the newspaper from China, the father of the boys chained his son and daughter because of his mischievousness always dirty when she went to work. Committee on Health, Welfare, Community, and Environment Penang said the boy would be placed under the supervision of the Welfare Department of Malaysia for now. (
